Shipping Policy
All orders placed via this website through prepaid mode (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet etc.) shall be dispatched to your shipping address recorded with us in your account or during checkout.
Timelines:
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days (subject to availability of stock) from the date of processing and the delivery of the order will be done as per timelines estimated based on location and service coverage of the shipping partner. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. The shipments will be done through anyone the following agencies. In most cases, we will share the AWB or tracking links of the providers after we dispatch your order.

Non delivery of Package
Incorrect Address: We recommend checking the shipping address before confirming the order on our website. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed. Please carefully check to make sure that you have entered current and correct address.
We depend on 3rd party shipment providers as listed above and hence, may not be able to accept responsibility or claims for any delay in delivery due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control (strike / rains / natural disaster / law & order situations / logistics / breakdowns etc.). Although, we will try our best to resolve any issues to the extent possible from our end.
Address Format: If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, most shipment partners might be unable to deliver your package. We will try to curb this problem prior to shipping by taking an alternate address from you. If we are unable to contact you or the alternate address is not available the order shall not be processed and we will consider the order status as closed.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipment partner shall make two-three attempts (depending on their policy) to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed.
Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable and the order will be considered as closed. You may avoid this situation by informing your gift recipient in advance to expect a package from us. This will help us ensure that they receive your gift.
