Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
We do not offer refunds or returns/exchanges for any product once order is placed. Our team thoroughly and manually checks every product before delivering to the customer. We also advise all customers to check the products before picking up from our physical stores or accepting delivery (if ordered online) and make a video of the unboxing.
If in the rare event, the product does turn out to be defective, broken or dead-on-arrival and the customer can share the unboxing video as proof, we will consider providing a replacement with the exact same product / variant or model.
